Refund and Returns Policy

 

At Mate’s Pet Shop, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
– The item must be in its original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:
– Used items
– Items not in original condition
– Perishable goods (if applicable)
